Great place
I didn`t stay at K`s for a long time, but the months I was there were great! She is very friendly and was always checking on me to see if I needed anything. The house has everything you might need and you can`t tell she has dogs (which btw are adorable). Very nice neighborhood, safe and with everything close by. I enjoyed my time there! Would definitely reccomend.

A home away from home
I have meant to leave a review for this room earlier but the review went to the other room so I am doing the review again. I stayed on this property from December 2021 to Feb 2022. The landlord has a great personality and she is very understanding. Everything was provided, sheets, towels, wash clothes, water and other smaller items. Kitchen, washer and dryer were readily available to accommodate my needs. Owner have two dogs but the environment is very clean and it always smells good. I worked night shift so I barely saw her. She would be gone by the time I get home and I leave shortly after she gets home. Sometimes she stayed out to allow me to rest if needed. The backyard is beautiful, spacious and with beautiful chairs. Backyard is peaceful and calming if you enjoy the outdoors. I am going back there if I come back for another contract at this location
