Awesome Place!
I had a wonderful experience staying here during my 16-week internship with Third Coast Percussion. The location is excellent; situated in a great neighborhood within walking distance to public transportation and numerous excellent restaurants. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Sara was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting with everything from ensuring my truck fit in the garage to promptly answering any questions I had throughout my stay. If given the opportunity, I would absolutely stay here again.
Best stay around Chicago area
Im an out of state 4th medical student attending clinical rotations in Chicago and was looking for a short term rental for 2 months. I scoured the internet on different websites and prices were just ridiculous, until I found this property. The loft is beautiful, with cathedral ceilings and plenty of space. Everything was super clean, I even did end up using my own sheets that I brought with me because everything was honestly spotless. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that apartment was fully stocked with everything I could ever need from towels, extra bed sheets, cookware, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and even ziplock bags! Apartment came with FREE full size washer and dryer, and a closed garage! The host S lives on the first floor apartment and shes honestly amazing. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short term or even long term stays in Chicago. I will definitely be staying here again if Im ever in the Chicago are again.
