Highly Recommend

I subleased this apartment during my internship in SF and honestly Phalla made the entire experience so much better than I could have imagined. She was incredibly responsive from day one and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Anytime I had a question or needed something for the apartment, she handled it right away without any hassle. The place itself was clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location that made getting around the city super easy. What really stood out though was how welcoming and kind Phalla was throughout my stay. She treated me like family rather than just a tenant, which made being away from home during my internship so much easier. For the price and the level of care you get, you really cannot go wrong with this place. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever come back to SF and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable spot with a landlord who actually cares.

Reliable Landlord

I subleased an apartment from Phalla for three months and had a wonderful experience. She is extremely kind, attentive, and responsive, any small request or question was handled quickly and with genuine care. The unit and shared spaces were always clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood felt very safe and convenient for getting around the city. Even though my stay was short, Phalla made me feel at home and ensured I had everything I needed throughout. I truly appreciated her warmth and professionalism, and I would gladly stay again or recommend her place to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming landlord.

We stayed at this apartment for almost 3 years and one of the many reasons we stayed was because Phalla is so amazing. Our family is growing so we had no choice but to move. Phalla treats you like family, communicates, responds quickly and resolves issues as soon as possible. You wont find another landlord like her. She is a very honest and hardworking person. The apartment complex was always clean, we always found street parking, its about a 15 minute drive to Kaiser SF and right off of the freeway so its easy to get around. The airport is very close too. The place is safe. I never had any issues with my car being broken into or where I felt unsafe. Its a pretty quiet neighborhood and overall we had a great experience. We would stay if we could.

Safe and Clean Apartment

I highly recommend this apartment! My unit was on the 3rd floor which was highly well maintained and clean. Ms. P (landlord) hired a cleaner to clean our apartment. The unit I stayed in had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My friend/roommate each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was nice. Ms. P is an amazing landlord!! She is very responsive and communicates with you thoroughly. Honestly she is the best landlord I've come across. She treats you like family. I would have stayed longer in this apartment if I was able to secure a more permanent job in SF. Again, I highly recommend!!

More than just a room

I stayed at this specific unit for over 2 years (9/22-11/24) and if it weren't for my family moving out here with me I would have stayed longer! Phalla makes sure you 100% comfortable and satisfied whether it is getting you a fan for the hot month or a heater for the rest of the year, water for the provided dispenser, or a faster internet connection she will do it! She will take you to the airport or grocery shopping if you needed help! Having stayed there as long as I have she became more than a landlord she is someone I can count on even after moving out if I ever needed anything! You wont find another woman like her! The unit is a multi family house that houses other travel nurses almost entirely. There are several apartments in home. The place is always clean and it is easy to get to any hospital in the city. The neighborhood is safe and never had any break in issues in the two years I was there. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and shops to pick up food items. The shared laundry was never an issue either. All other tenants are respectable and quiet. While being there the apt had a renovation of adding a bathroom which Phalla had done while I was away and was little no inconvenience. You wont find a better place to stay or a better land-lady in the city!

Perfect home away from home

The owner is a sweet lady who will get you anything you need for the apartment. In a quiet neighborhood that had multiple shops up the road. About a 10-15min drive from SF-Kaiser. Very clean apartment. Roommates are great. Perfect for traveling medical personnel.

Awesome place!

This apartment is in the perfect location right next to every major freeway. Also walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. Street parking is easy to find. The host was amazing too, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend this for a long term stay.

Best Rental

I rented this property for 7 months while I traveled in San Francisco. Choosing this rental was one of my best decisions ever. The property is clean, safe, centrally located, and a home away from home. To top it off is the landlady. She is beyond awesome, extremely caring, and generous. I was away from family and loved ones, but Ms. P welcomed me with open arms. She always checked on me, and is always sharing whatever she has - food, groceries, toiletries etc, and shes always just a phone call/text away. She responds promptly and is very attentive. You will have no regrets at this property. Everyone is respectful, the apartment has all the necessities, it is clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I travel in SF in the future.

Best Landlady!

I stayed at this property and I would stay here again. The unit is newly renovated with modern appliances, has everything you need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is fairly new as well. The unit felt homey, clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, fully furnished with clean towels and beddings. The location is close to all the restaurants and walking distance to local markets and to a Grocery Outlet. I honestly really enjoyed living here and even though I didn't have my car, going into the city was never an issue, the bus stops are close by. The best part of staying here is the landlady, she is the best! She is super accommodating and as long as you keep the property nice and clean she will not have any issues with you.

Great stay

I was here for three months and everything was great from the get go. Landlord was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. From offering to go to Costco to cleaning the unit as needed. P was very accommodating and friendly. Good WiFi hot water with good pressure. Updated nice unit. Grocery store within walking distance as well as public transportation. Overall it was a great stay and I would love to stay again. And would recommend to anyone.

Great option in SF!

I lived at this property for about seven months! It was an amazing option for me, with a perfect location just about ten minutes away from my work. The property was recently renewed so it was super nice to live in a place like this. It comes all furnished which is a very great help for young professionals like me, that doesn't have enough time to go shopping for furniture. The location is safe, quiet and close to very nice places like Bernal Heights and Dolores Park. It is also just a short walk away from grocery stores, gas station and pharmacies. The landlord, Ms. P E, is always available and responds messages really quick. I did not have any issues or problems during my entire time living there and Ms. P would always make sure to check if everything was going well as planned. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for an affordable place and great service. You won't regret!
