Perfect location, Gated Community, Cozy Condo

Location was perfect for my needs and close to many outdoor activities. Felt secure and comfortable. Very quiet and had everything i needed for a long Stay. Hoping to stay here again when I contract back in ABQ!

This 1 bedroom condominium is very spacious and upgraded with nice appliances. This is a place where you feel at home when coming inside. Excellent view

Condo was supplied with everything I needed for my stay! Felt cozy and was extremely quiet which I loved since I work nights. Loved the gated community too!

My wife and I chose this property due to the advertisement of a gym and pool.Upon moving in we found the pool was not open. We contacted R and she informed us the pool is seasonal and not a guarantee. The pool was not open during our entire lease. We also found upon moving in that the gym is not open 24/7 even with keycard access .Also, in the gym, the treadmill and stair master are broken.There is a cleaning fee, yet when we moved in there was dirt and dust covering everything causing us to have to sweep and mop immediately.Our apartment and building smelled of cigarette smoke to the point we had to wash every linen and lysol and febreeze the whole house. The kitchen is small but adequate.The positives were Rebecca is very responsive.The apartment is very open, well insulated, has nice black out curtains, good amount of dishes, and a good dishwasher.The bathroom is nice with a nice vanity. Overall would not recommend due to the amenities promises not being delivered.
