Single Room in Shared House for FEMALE
Single Room in Shared House for FEMALE - I am a nurse and rented the bedroom with the shared hall bathroom for 4 months from Julie. She was accommodating and loved to cook, will leave you delicious treats! 2 small dogs also live on the property. There is a hot tub. Street parking in front of the house.

Nice Safe Place
The room has a lot of space. The house smells good & it's clean. The dogs are so cute and friendly. J is an amazing baker and she shares her homemade cookies. Great place to stay!

Lovely place to stay!
I stayed with J and her pups (Eli and Samson) for 2 weeks while on a medical rotation at UC Davis. The stay was lovely-- nothing I would change. J was a very accommodating host and Eli and Samson were very well-trained. The pups respected my personal space (usually waited for me to approach them first, rarely came into my rooms when the door was open), were generally quiet, and were total sweet-hearts when approached. The accommodation: The bedroom had everything I needed with ample storage spaces, a comfortable bed, a desk to work at, and even a small welcome basket with travel essentials. The private bathroom was spacious and clean with fresh towels. J has a beautiful backyard that I really enjoyed spending time in. Laundry was super convenient. Street parking was abundant. The area: The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You might be able to walk to get groceries, but would otherwise need a car to get around. My morning commute to UC Davis was ~15 min, minimal traffic.

Perfect place to stay
I truly enjoyed staying at J's house. Her home is so comfortable and clean. J is also very kind and friendly. When I was working night shift, she was very quiet and her home always felt peaceful. It was a perfect place to relax and rest in between my work shifts. I couldn't have imagined staying anywhere else, J and her home were such a blessing to me!
