If you are seeking a charming peaceful property with views for days- look no further! This was such a special place to stay for three months this spring. Plenty of space for one person or a couple. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and a super ideal location to take the Richmond ferry right into SF or hop on the highway to go into Marin county. Carol the property owner is super accommodating, respectful, and easy to chat with!! I absolutely loved my stay here and would 100% stay again in the future. The bay is such an incredible place to explore both in and outside the city.

Magic on the bay!

This spot is so special! We stayed here for a month and a half at the end of summer and enjoyed morning coffee watching the seabirds, patio barbecues, and heavenly nights listening to the sound of the waves. It feels like a true retreat setting and is lovely to walk through the neighborhood and to town. Living here even inspired us to start swimming in the Bay after seeing intrepid swimmers out in the water. C is a very lovely, kind, and respectful host. Still dreaming about this place!

Beautiful and Peaceful

My husband, myself and dog spent the month of July here. We were thrilled with the beauty of the bay and peaceful neighborhood. We walked to town for music happenings and an occasional dinner. Mostly we loved being in this space making our own dinner and eating outside on the patio. Carol is a lovely host. She is helpful and friendly. Our son and his girlfriend come to visit and loved it so much that they rented for September.

2 Bridge view

Breathtaking! It is like a fairy cove on the water! I spent 12 hours a day on my days off enjoying the extra large patio, cool salt breezes, and phenomenal sunsets! The place has separate rooms separated by doors with 2 new large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors facing the water, bridges, and mountains! Enjoy the view and breeze from either the bed or the kitchen. Also in the kitchen are portable induction plates which I utilized often when cooking chili on the dock of the bay! I spent a lot of time watching the surrounding variety of birds catching fish in the water and watching the sailboats pass by. To me, from my experience, this place is magical and healing. It is dead quiet at night except for the waves crashing upon the rocks below you can hear clearly while dreaming in bed. The owners are gracious, kind, and easygoing. This is the best kept secret on furnished finder. Also, the neighborhood is a cute town full of boutiques, art, deli, and restaurants.

Incredible experience staying here, I would recommend to anyone. Me + my partner + 2 cats stayed for several months and we would absolutely stay again! The view is unbelievablemind-blowing sunsets and city skyline views every single day. And the owner is extremely lovely/helpful/friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, with a park and beach nearby. Book if you can!

Wow!

This property is a very special place. If you want a peaceful, beautiful, secure place to stay, this is it. It sits right on the Bay, with killer views of the SF skyline, the GG Bridge, Mt Tam, the Richmond Bridge. The sunsets are spectacular. Nature abounds. A zen garden awaits you, gorgeous landscaping throughout the property. C**** and family were lovely, very helpful, and solicitous. If its a simple, serene, quiet place you seek, you've found it.

Incredible Experience/Highly Recommended

We lived here for 3-1/2 months. We moved to the Bay area from Colorado with our 2-100 lb. dogs. We needed somewhere to live while we found jobs and a new place. What an experience! BEST VIEW EVER! Downtown San Fran/Golden Gate/San Rafael Bridge. Very private, with the entire place literally on the water, (3 sliding glass doors to a patio on the water.) We walked our dogs on the beach,10 houses down/private/neighborhood only knows about it. We met so many friendly neighbors. Clean place, every convenience, comfy queen bed, dishes, modern microwave. Our huge dogs loved it too. The homeowner's live upstairs, (elderly, and their daughter Carole manages the place.) SUCH kind people. Carole, I consider a friend now. Downsides: No TV/a good thing, just stream & her internet was flawless! No kitchen, you get a hot plate/crock pot/fancy microwave that really can bake and do all kinds of stuff. ALL utensils and table. Close restaurants were fun and great. I recommend highly!

Beautiful Location, Amazing host

The location is in a safe neighborhood, walking distance for a cute town center with yummy food and a small market. It is a short distance from Berkley and Oakland, and the ferry nearby can get you to SF easily. The View is AMAZING. It is so peaceful to wake up and see the bay, and the sunset is even more of a must see sight. Across the bridge is a nice dog beach for a day time get-away. The owner is a very nice lady who is always willing to help you, especially if you are new to the area and do not know anyone. I was lucky to have such a caring person around when I first moved there and had some unfortunate events happen. I would 11/10 stay here again.

Beautiful Property

I would recommend this place to anyone! The space is very cozy and has a stunning view to wake up to! The sunsets are beautiful and listening to the sound of the waves is so relaxing. The place had everything we needed, its close to so many places to see, is walking distance to the little town square where there are a lot of restaurants and even a dog park! I stayed with my best friend and my dog and C and her parents were welcoming and accommodating! Everyone here loves dogs and I appreciated their kindness and patience with Emmies (my dog) puppy energy. This is definitely a place worth staying!

Beautiful Ocean View

I would definitely recommend this property! I stayed in this property for about a month and had such a great experience! C is an amazing host who really cares about her tenants and has their best interest in mind. The rental is located on the water so you can open the sliding doors and listen to the waves crashing and take a nice stroll on the beach. There is also a private fenced in yard space along with the entire property being fenced in, which was amazing for my dogs! The only reason that I didn't extend my stay was because it didn't have a full kitchen so it made meal prepping and cooking difficult. Otherwise, I would give this property a 10/10!
