Easy living!

Very pleasant 3 month stay 1) owner extremely responsive and thoughtful 2) being able to walk to grocery store, restaurant, park and stroll with my dog was a very pleasant experience 3) the house is well stocked with everything, particularly the kitchen. 4) huge deck with a great setup for a dog. Thank you for an easy transition.

Awesome landlords! Comfortable place!

First off, M and J are absolutely awesome landlords. They truly went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and if something stopped working they were there by the end of the day or next to fix it. M was always prompt in responding back to messages. The place itself is very comfortable and quaint. Plenty of room and storage options. Nice deck with doggy play area that my pug very much enjoyed! Washer and dryer downstairs was shared with upstairs tenant and never an issue with fighting for laundry time. Beds were comfortable and we were always cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The neighborhood as well is very safe and neighbors always friendly. No complaints for our stay and we were sad to leave!

Excellent Stay!

M and J were very attentive and ensured I was having a good experience. They took care of taking the trash to the curb and ensured the driveway was cleared of snow. They were very considerate of my night shift work schedule as they would check in with me if they needed to do something at the house which was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds, the TVs with app access in every room, the gas stove and dishwasher, the very large bath towels and the high water pressure in the shower. The ceiling fans operate on a remote so I could turn the lights off/on and adjust the fan while laying in bed. The only thing that was missing was a coffee maker. But, I got one for the Seminole Abode to keep. The location is perfect as well, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. I loved that I could have my two dogs with me as well! This felt like a semi-luxurious stay with all of the conveniences you appreciate when you're living to work.
