Close to Everything. Furnished, Executive Home En-suite Office

Excellent experience

Amazing residence that had all the essentials and more for living as a travel RN. My commute to OHSU was about 15-20 minutes, very easy. The property manager is very responsive, easy to work with, and accommodating. The location is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, and a gym. There is a garage that can be added on to the lease but I utilized street parking just fine. `12 out of 10, would recommend.

Fantastic Experience

The property is total 5-star accommodation, shared with another roommate, this suited our needs perfectly due to the truly outstanding central location for commuting as well as the en-suite office space for a work from home setup that still allows that feeling to keep areas separate between work and personal time. We also truly appreciated the central A/C which is not always so easy to find in Portland, as the summers get warmer here. The property owners & A were also truly wonderful to work with and attentive to any needs we had through the entire stay. Overall, we loved the stay and would totally recommend!

Fantastic Experience

Lovely townhouse in a great and very central location in Portland. Everything was positive with the property itself, but the notable experience was how attentive and accommodating the owners were. A few issues came up that were resolved immediately. Great place, great people - highly recommend!

Ideal Accommodations

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this listing. The house was very accommodating with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and, best of all, a fantastic location. R was gracious with a few requests throughout our stay and his kindness made our experience that much better.

Relaxing, Private, and Safe!

A and R are two of the kindest, reliable, and most transparent landlords I have had in my 5+ years of traveling. Their home was exceptionally warm, yet spacious. It was comfortable, quiet, and private. If I ever needed anything or had questions around the property they were very prompt in responding. As I was renting the private room, A & R were still very polite as to notify when they would be stopping over with ample notice. As a night shifter this was a great courtesy. This was my first experience renting out a "room" at a property and it could not have been more positive. Their house manual and recommendations of the immediate area were extremely helpful while orienting to a new area. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable to nearby bars & restaurants but also far enough back from the main streets to keep the house quiet from foot and vehicle traffic. My commute to OHSU was roughly 15 minutes working night shift.

Quiet and Private

Great Property! Safe and Secure! The Landlords made sure I was more than comfortable and were ALWAYS available and responded quickly! Super close to EVERYTHING. Lots of local eats 2 blocks aware! Biking distance to LEMC. I am a quiet person and enjoyed quite some time curled up on a couch reading. The bedroom space is quite large and there is a ton of light in the office which is amazing! The bathroom has a jetted tube which is perfect to soak in after a stretch of 6 shifts!
