Amazing stay here

I interned at a tech company in the SF Bay Area for three months during the summer and chose this place to stay. Never regretted it! This is a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood, right next to a golf park. Easy access to US 101 if you have a car. Plenty of Asian restaurants and markets nearby, which is a big plus for me. R is an amazing landlord. Shes friendly, loves gardening, keeps the house clean, invites tenants to join her for home-cooked meals from time to time, and treats us with drinks and fresh fruits picked from her own yard. Seeing flowers all around the house always makes me feel delighted. Shes also very responsive. No A/C but she offered a ventilator before the summer heat hit which saved my life. The others living in R's house are all friendly people. Thanks to R, I could focus on my job without ever worrying about having a clean and safe place to sleep. Would recommend this place to anyone, especially those who're new to the area.

This is an ideal rental for a short stay of 13 weeks as a day shift worker. Fairly reasonable rental rate. Especially if you have mortgage and utilities back at home. The landlord does reside in the home! Wi-Fi and internet is available and included (during my stay). Which I was confronted by the landlord about the overage for the months I was there. The one bedroom that left available for her adult kids", also......" the sister, friends at anytime". No fair warning when they're coming. Not ideal for a night shifter. The landlord does host gatherings parties" at the resident. The tenants are invited to attend the parties". During the winter it can be very cold in the house. The landlord did accommodate me with a personal size heater for my room. The other tenants were extremely nice,supportive and helpful! My first time renting a room while traveling. I truly value my personal space and mental health!

Travel RN

Ms. R is an incredible landlord that loves to host nurses. She is so kind and sweet that she leaves her guest fresh fruit and veggies daily. She is very clean and organize. I did not have any issues with her. I definitely recommend renting a room from her.

Friendly host

R is a great host. Shes very friendly and welcoming. Shes very particular about keeping things clean and tidy so shes quite strict with her rules about use and clean immediately. Overall I had a great time while I was there. Everyone was very respectful. I made friends, I had fun hanging out together as well with the other guests who were also staying at home at that time.

Nice clean kitchen and backyard

R is sweet and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying with her. Clean nice kitchen and relaxing backyard is absolutely one of the good reasons you want to choose this property. Also, having cool housemates was the best part I enjoyed at her house. R and housemates are open-minded and welcoming. Some housemates have stayed for long time, which shows how nice host R is! No worries about bathroom occypancy anyway. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs were more than enough and more importantly, they were always managed sparkling clean.

Lovely Stay

R was very lovely and accommodating during my stay here. While I did not stay in this room presented, she gave me the option to stay in another room during my time in San Jose. There isn't AC, but R did provide a fan during my stay which definitely sufficed. R is very kind and always made sure I felt comfortable and great with my stuff. Her backyard patio is my favorite part of her lovely home because of all the beautiful fruit trees and spacious, relaxing area. R definitely went above and beyond as a landlord and I would definitely come back again. She has a very good heart and always makes sure to share lovely treats with you which is a plus. I value my privacy on my nursing assignments and appreciated R respecting it. She's always greeting you with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure you're fine. Thanks for everything, R!

Great place to stay!!!

This was my first time renting a room while traveling, so I was a bit skeptical and skittish. I made an excellent choice to stay here! The owner is wonderful!! She is professional and extremely nice, honest and acomodating. Her home is super clean and perfect for long or short term travelers The kitchen is huge and the owner allows renters full access and use. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and very comfortable. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures; if not better. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. The hostess is very helpful and available at all times whenever I had any questions I would absolutely recommend to stay there!!!!
