Nashville contract

Wendy was an amazing landlord. She was always quick to respond when Lindsey and I had a question. We lost the first spare key (left it in Alabama) she had us a new one within 30 mins to an hour. We loved the apartment and so did our pets. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Nashville.

A wonderful place!

Wendy was an amazing Landlord and was always checking in on anything I needed. Anytime something needed attention it was fixed within minutes (at least thats what it felt like compared to other experiences Ive had!) I enjoyed the apartment, and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing At Home Stay

Ms. W was absolutely amazing and made sure at least every other week that we were doing well and had everything we needed. The rental was clean, as described in the add, and spacious. We rented the upper unit/portion since it was two of us and two dogs. Great location to most things in Nashville. Close to the rental was a good hike for the dogs in Long Hunter State Park. Traffic does suck because there is one "main vain" around the lake but that would be my only down mark but the rental/renter cannot control that so 5 starts for the property and renter. She made sure during "snowmagedon" that we had what we needed since I have never been in snow before. She also made it EXTREEMLY welcoming for those traveling with dogs. I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend her rental or any other property she has for listing.

Had a great stay

Clean, well kept, well furnished apartment that was perfect for my needs. Its on a fairly busy road, but road noise was not an issue (I was working nights). On the edge of a nice little neighborhood by the lake, with a short drive to lake access, which was nifty. Wendy was easy to work with and super accommodating. She even asked if I preferred non-stick verses stainless steel cookware when she heard I like to cook at home a lot! Would rent here again.

Ms Wendy is fantastic, easy to communicate with and always there for anything I needed. The home is clean and roomy and the outside yard is great for pets. It is across from the lake and you can see the view from the upstairs balcony. Carport for parking, stairs leading up to property and inside homeI had everything I needed and would highly recommend her home if you are working in the nashville area.

Nice Lakeside 1/ 1 Apartment

W and P were extremely thoughtful, accommodating and very responsive to any needs that we had concerning the apartment. The apartment is located in a safe area and Overall, the lakeside 1bedroom | 1bath apartment was nice.
