Amazing, renovated unit in the heart of downtown C

Apartment was brand new when i stayed. A couple of minor issues, but J is a great host and we worked right through them. Apartment is less than a block from downtown, very safe neighborhood, with easy parking access. It's priced very reasonably,and I hope its available next time I'm in Mount Vernon.

Wonderful Experience & Property

I was a travel nurse at Knox Community Hospital during my stay at this property. I really enjoyed my stay here. Located very close to the hospital and downtown. The rental was clean and updated. This property had everything I needed for my stay. It was also very nice having a washer/dryer located on the property. The property manager was very easy to work with and communication response was fast. I would have stayed here longer if my contract had not ended.

Cannot say enough good things about this property and the landlords. This place is safe, comfortable and very economical. Nice small town feel. Any issues we had were immediately answered and remedied. This place is surrounded by several church's, the fire and police are a block away. The apartment was clean, well supplied with everything you would need for short term living. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Great stay at this property!

This apartment was a terrific fit for me being a solo traveler! Parking was easily accessible and on a lovely one-way street entering from the front. The amenities that are included were up-to-date and worked very well. The landlord was great to work with and responded to me any concerns in a very timely manner. I appreciated their promptness and willingness to work with my schedule on a very small repair that was needed. Great stay in Mount Vernon, Ohio!

Property was very convenient to hospital, and downtown area. Close to everything. The landlord was very responsive regarding any issues, and attempted to resolve them quickly. Everything was new and clean They obviously had given thought to anything that might be needed.
