Amazing

I had a great experience staying with Ms.Arlene for about six months while completing two contracts. The space was always clean, private, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and focus on my work. Ms.Arlene was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home from the start. Her dog Kaya was also such a joy to be around and added to the overall positive atmosphere. I truly appreciated my time there and would absolutely recommend staying with her. If Im ever back in Colorado, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out again.

Amazing Host

My stay was absolutely wonderful! Arlene was amazing—so kind, responsive, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The space itself was spacious, inviting, and very private, which made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return again!

The last tenant

Ive been staying with Arlene for about 7 months. Probably the cleanest tenant Ive ever stayed with. She is awesome! Her dog Kaya is an excellent host, always greets me when I come home from work. Overall, this was probably the best experience on furnished finder. And Arlene is very accommodating to extensions and just in general . Overall, Id stay with her again if I ever get an assignment in Colorado.

excellent stay

Excellent place to stay. The location is great , located close toUC health and VA. I stayed upstairs in bedroom for a few months then moved down to basement. House is very quiet, clean, and close to shopping, restaurants, gyms, etc. The owner respects everyone's privacy, the neighborhood is safe, and the house is very nice, and clean. I will miss my stay in this furnished finder and consider the hostess a great friend ! . The basement space is great for relaxing, studying , or if u need to work from home for any reason! I stayed at this property for about 4 weeks and I had the best of times! What a great host Arlene is and you have plenty of privacy at the same time. The shared areas are well equipped and very clean. Your senses will often be awaked by the smell of fresh baked goods she's whipped up in the oven! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling this direction for work travels or long vacation stays being there is so many sites to see!

The house is great and the owner is very kind! She is very easy to get along with and is very respectful of your space. The house is always clean and quiet. The basement is great as you have your own personal space and bathroom.
