This is a three bedroom house in Avondale and there is a loft upstairs up there with a nice TV and couch and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, I am rarely home as I stay at my girlfriend's house very often. There is a larger bedroom downstairs it's a master bedroom with its own bathroom if you'd like more privacy it's called the Yavapai Suite
