Renter Beware

10/10 would not recommend. Osto was unprofessional and argumentative when issues arose. Police were even called to the residence due to a dispute with him and another traveler. I left earlier than scheduled because his behavior was escalating.

Awesome Stay in Providence,RI

This is a awesome experience in housing in the Providence area. Osto is awesome the owner of the residence very accommodating. The place is very centrally located to all the hospitals in the area. Very safe neighborhood never had any issues with anyone in the neighborhood. For the most part very safe to walk even if you work the evening shift. I'll recommend the residence for Sterile Processing Technicians and all of the healthcare workers in the travel industry. I will definitely make my way back to the area.

First Timer

First time traveler, pretty level headed owner. You can call him if you need it otherwise he wont be very involved, which is good. Room is spacious and house comes with some cups and silverware included which is great. Be sure to bring your own pillow, sheets, covers. Oh, loves to give travel info while in Rhode Island which is a plus.

Awesome Landlord!!

O was an awesome landlord! The neighborhood was quiet! The way O has the kitchen organized by room was very practical. Every room door has a key code lock. The gym in the basement has numerous workout equipment. The washer and dryer stayed in working condition. O even helped change my flat tire once. Lol!

travel RN

place is 8 mins away from rhode island hospital. 10 mins away to restaurants and gym which i usually spend my time. Owners really nice and responds to any concerns in less than a day. Also i love that we have work out equipments and W/D inside the house. Gona stay here till my contracts over.

Great Temporary Housing for My Physical Therapy Clinical

This was a great house to stay in for my 2 month PT clinical. The room was great, had a lot of drawers for storage & space for my stuff. It also had a chair & rolling desk which I used for homework at night. The bathroom is big & the shower is great, better than my one back home. The kitchen has a good amount of space to store your food and cook. The exercise room was great for me to do core and lift. The driveway was big enough to fit 2 cars side by side before having to have a 3rd car park behind. Roger Williams park is a 1 minute walk away, and has a 3.5mi road & trail loop for walking, running, and biking. Osto was great, he responded very quickly when I called him initially and got me set up right away. He was very responsive when I had concerns with the fridge and fixed it quickly. He also came and installed A/Cs for whoever wanted them. He was very friendly and a great landlord. It was great to be livign with other medical professionals, evryone was very kind and helpedeachother

it was an amazing stay. The room mates hey along well. We interact with each other as much as we each wanted. Osto is nice and if there are any issues he takes care of them right away. Loved the stay.

Well maintained house. Centrally located

I had the privilege of renting a room at this property during an extended work assignment in Providence. The client I was brought in to help, enjoyed my work and extended my contract three times. The owner of the property was more than accommodating my housing needs, some of which were short notice, pending contract approval. The Landlord is very knowledgeable of the area and provided many points of interest to visit during my stay in Rhode Island. The amenities provided in the home made my stay more enjoyable, and any issues that arose where attended to promptly. Highly recommend!

Awesome place

Osto is a great guy! Only rents to medical professionals so everyone is very courteous of each other and the property. The property has everything you need from kitchen, gym, laundry, Big TVs in each room with cable and great WiFi. Convenient to most hospitals around the area and MA hospitals too. Can take the train to and from Boston. Also, if ya need anything, just ask Osto and he’ll do anything he can to accommodate as best he can. Excellent property owner! Can’t say enough about him.
