Be aware

Im very big on Reviews because i believe in transparency...I stayed at this property for 1 month ,i signed a 2 month lease...on Day 2 between the permanent tenants who live upstairs arguing all the times the shouting match PLUS the children footsteps running up and down all day and night it is hard to get any rest ,also you can hear mouse chewing on the wood in the ceiling it was terrible,i expressed this to Mr Neal that i can't stay because i worked alot of 16hrs i need the few hours sleep,he pretended it was ok for me to leave at the end of the month. I asked him several times about my $500 deposit he said yes he will give it back once nothing was broken I LEFT this man's house cleaner than how i got it ...He never me my deposit back he lied ,So plz dont trust this guy he is not of his word, he stated oh you broke the lease so i won't give you the deposit back.Also THis guy came in the apartment 3 TIMES while i was at work made me feel very uncomfortable. There is no PARKING
