Cozy and Perfect location!

I had the most wonderful stay at Gretchans place! This apartment was cozy and perfectly sized for 1-2 people and in the PERFECT location, you really couldn't ask for a better place... walking distance to one of the most beautiful outlooks of the city at sunset, right around the corner from a coffee shop, and a little grocery store if you need to pick up odds and ends. I felt very safe as a single women here which made my stay even better. Gretchen the host was absolutely incredible: kind, attentive, and ready and available to help with anything needed. Couldn't have asked for a better host, or a more perfect spot. Highly recommend!

clean and comfy!

This place was perfect for my contract at SCCA. Gretchan was very easy to communicate with. She made her requests for the place upfront and clear and after I moved in, I felt as if the place was mine. She would email to check in about 1-3x during my contract but was never overbearing. The place is new and very clean. Its super spacious. Great location. Upper Queen Anne is safe and clean. The neighbors in the front are an absolute delight. Parking was easy. I chose to drive to work, as I would have to take 2 bus routes to get to scca and would take close to an hr. But the drive was easy and finding parking after my shift was never hard. I highly recommend renting from Gretchan and this place anytime. I would happily return here if I had another Seattle contract.

Great location!

This is a perfect little house for 1 or 2 people and in a great location. It has been completely renovated and everything is brand new. Decor is warm and inviting. Less than a block away from a great corner market that has everything and within walking distance to shopping and everything Queen Anne has to offer. Parking can be an issue at times but walking or public transportation is the way to go. Property owner is available and very accommodating. She was extremely helpful with many suggestions and answers to all my questions. If working at one of the close by hospitals, the drive is only about 15 minutes. You won't be disappointed!
