Amazing place to stay!

This place was an awesome find! Very peaceful and quiet, with wonderful neighbors. I had no issues and had everything I needed my travel contract, I loved the area and felt safe. The Archuletas were responsive and informative, and absolutely awesome hosts.

Great home away from home!

F and C were WONDERFUL hosts! Very helpful and responsive when having issues or questions! The gate to the backyard was installed while I was here and added another sense of security. The backyard d (while a little cold during my stay, was very welcoming and I would have loved to have utilized more!) It was the perfect home away from home stay, comfortable couch, beautiful shower, and comfortable and welcoming bed. Having an in unit washer/dryer was game changer and so helpful! The Archuleta's did a great job making this place feel like home. The neighbors on the additional units were wonderful. The location was short and sweet to get to work at UNM.

Quiet clean comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath for a travel contract. Perfect for 1-2 people. Large walk-in closet with stacked washer dryer. Kitchen has full size refrigerator and stove. Small outdoor area with new gas BBQ grill and fire pit. Property was within a couple miles to restaurants, shopping, and movie theater. (Including ABQ Uptown Mall, Target, Starbucks, & many more) This is a triplex that is rented to other travelers so I felt safe. Easy access to major highways. Owners were wonderful and responded quickly to questions. Favorite things in the area were ABQ Uptown Mall (upscale outdoor), Seasons 52 restaurant, Sawmill Market, & the Sandia Tram. In Santa Fe -Meow Wolf, old town Santa Fe.

This house was a blessing to stay in during my travel contract. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The long-term neighbor was so sweet she would roll out my trash cans along with hers every week. The landlords are kind, extremely fast to respond, and promptly fixed any issues that arose. -The sink was having trouble draining and they had someone come out the very next day to fix it.- The rooms are large and spacious, beautiful and relaxing backyard, located right next to the freeway so easy to get around the whole city. The unit was furnished with everything one could need and rent was fairly priced. I loved living here and know you will too!

Great Property and Wonderful Landlords!

I really enjoyed staying here! The house was put together well, and I had everything I needed. Great location too! I never felt unsafe and its close to everything. The LLs were amazing. I worked nights and any time they needed to do something they worked around my schedule so that I could sleep. They were very responsive and easy to reach, and any time I needed anything there was never any doubt that I would be taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!
