Awesome place!

This place is beautiful! It's in a quiet area close to Cone Health and shopping centers. It's a first floor but the landlord and his family who live in the second floor are very quiet and made me feel at home and safe.The six months I spent there were a total delight!

Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood

Stayed for 2 months while working in Greensboro. K goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. Beautiful yard, my children and dog also enjoyed it very much! Great neighborhood for evening walks. Bed very comfy. Every thing you need. Would stay again.

Great place - Great neighborhood

I moved to town and needed something furnished with a yard for my dog. This unit had all of that and more. The owner is caring and attentive. The yard is spacious and nice. The neighborhood is fantastic and safe. The unit has its own driveway so your car is off the street and it is easy to unload groceries. We were very happy here. The apartment and owner are highly recommended.

Great apartment

Nice place to stay. It was very quiet. I worked days and nights during my stay and had no trouble sleeping. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. K was very responsive with any issues i had. It was close resturants and shopping. I felt very safe here and close to where I was working.

Feels like home! Very cozy, quiet and safe! My sweet Birdie loved the backyard. K is very respectful and accommodating. He is the best landlord! The place is close to the hospitals and all the shopping centers. If I get an assignment, Ill be back to stay here

Wonderfully Located Property

What a great find! Great comfortable property, wonderful host, close to Moses Cone Hospital, restaurants, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors. K, the host, is very nice and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for dogs; I have two large dogs and they loved the backyard! If I go back to the Greensboro area and need a place to stay, this is my first choice. I highly recommend! Thank you for having us!
