Don't miss out on this quiet spot close to PSNS, St Michaels and Bangor

I had an amazing 7 month stay and highly recommend this sweet little duplex with a 1 car garage to protect your ride from the weather. There is a super quiet neighbor that I rarely saw. It's tucked into a little private drive with a backyard plenty of shade trees to keep the heat away in the summer. The interior has been updated with new appliances and everything worked with no surprises, I love the giant kitchen island to spread out my computers for work but there's also a second bedroom with a comfy new leather couch that converts to a bed and a desk in case you prefer a separate work space. I'll definitely be looking for this spot again when I come back in a year or so for my next job in the PNW. Thank you Ray for being one of the best stays I've had up here.

Location

The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner Raymond was very professional and respectful and was always available if we needed to reach him. The garage and parking on the driveway was the big plus for us. We also loved that he allowed our two small morkies to stay as well. The backyard was a big plus for our dogs. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for hanging out and having people over since it was so big. The open floor plan was a great look. The propane stove inside was awesome and the fridge had ice and water which was great. The location of this place was perfect since it was in the middle of east Bremerton so access to most of Kitsap was very easy. No complaints, we would stay here again if we get the chance!

Cozy and clean

Two bedroom coziness. Clean and well maintained. Newly remodeled and open floor plan. Quiet while inside home. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Fireplaces and AC. You will want for nothing while inside. Has a Keurig and toaster oven. Fridge has filtered water and choice of cube or crushed ice in demand. Propane stove/oven and BBQ. Great water pressure. Washer and dryer are quick and efficient as is dishwasher. There is even a bidet in bathroom. Cozy sectional sofa with USB charging inside. Garbage disposal. Internet/Cable/wi-if included along with trash and water. Flooring is easy to maintain throughout home. Cute tree house/fort in backyard. Easily maintained yard. Local deer come through in the early morning. Owner is amazing to work with. If you need a place to rent short term within city limits of East Bremerton this is the place!!! Jump on it. You wont be sorry. We honestly have only one con and that is there is a no pet policy.

Feels like home

This house was perfect.....newly renovated, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. It truly felt like a home away from home for me. It had absolutely everything I needed, and more. The owner is wonderful to work with, very thoughtful and responsive. He checked in with me regularly to make sure that I had everything I needed. You really can't go wrong with this rental!

I cannot say enough good things about this listing. The place is nice, clean and newly renovated. The owner is very respectful,humble and responsive when contacted. Quiet and safe neighborhood, kids friendly, i felt like home during my entire stay.

Place is so comfortable and has all the amenities you need! Nice fenced in yard. Safe & quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown Bremerton/ ferries. Landlord is great & responsive!
