Best 6 month stay!
K was such a great host. My friend and I stayed here for 6 months while living in Pacific Beach and working fully remote jobs. The house was the perfect space for the two of us and also still allowed us space to work from home. The location couldn't have been better - only a few blocks from both the bay and the beach. K was a great host and was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend booking!!

Great location, great everything
Like the ad says, walking distance to anything you need/want. I have stayed in a lot of extended rentals for work, and this cottage is by far the best equipped that I have stayed at. Everything (and more) that I would use in the kitchen is there. For being in the middle of everything, it also feels private with the hedges and fence.

Loved this cozy cottage!
I had a great time staying at this property! So tucked into a cute street, not far from the water or the action in PB. Easy access from the road with a great yard for laying out. The beds are super comfortable and the amenities are great. Being a short walk to the gym, the grocery store, and the beach has been incredible. Would highly recommend!

Amazing property!!
Lived here from Jan to May to continue my remote studying. This place is so nice and comfortable. We had all the necessary essentials and our host Kelly Ann couldnt have been nicer. Would totally stay here again. Close to bay & beach and all the great restaurants around town. Perfect location when staying in sunny San Diego!

Great Place Great Location
This place is fantastic. Perfect location to everything you would ever need, great backyard area with grill, spacious, and very clean. The landlord is very responsive and organized as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough and will try to stay here again.

Great Stay!
My roommate and I stayed at Kelly Anne's place for a few months and absolutely loved it! The space is open and clean and in a great location. She was a great host, very accessible and organized. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
