Excellent Place

Stayed here for long term work travel for 6 months. Laurie was responsive and easy to work with setting up the rental, even working with me through some paperwork issues with my company. The property has an excellent location ~3 min walking from crown point beach and within walking distance to bars/restaurants/grocery stores/pharmacy and anything else you could need. Plenty of room for guests to visit. The 2 balconies had incredible views of the ocean. Property has old bones overall but has brand new kitchen appliances, furniture and AC/heating system. Would definitely stay again.

Great summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was responsive and helpful, and the location of the home was better than we anticipated. It is steps away from the beach and the bike path around mission bay. It is a block away from a market, cafe, bar and restaurant. The home is spacious and the garage offers great storage. We would definitely recommend.

It is a gem of a place in an ideal location.

The townhouse is private, quiet and spacious. Great light in every room. Beach access is across the street for a walk anytime and there are two bikes for a wonderful ride around Sail Bay. We walked over to the Catamaran and had massages! We had a car and freeway access was a breeze, as was driving 10 minutes along the shore to La Jolla for great restaurants and watching the seals. Would love to stay there again!
