I rented from M and M for 5 months during my travel assignment with my 2 pets. I have to say M and M were very accommodating and very responsive with their replies. I felt very comfortable and welcome in their lovely home. The home has everything one needs for living day to day living. It is tucked away from the rest of the small city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. When I came back as a permanent staff member to the hospital, I rented the smaller apartment that is connected to their home.

Disappointed
You would think when charging 1600 monthly you wouldn't have uncomfortable broke down mattresses and furniture . Wasn't impressed with this place at all.

Great Place!
I am a travel nurse and stayed here for 3 months. Being from Kansas and traveling to Delaware for the first time was a little scary. But M and M made it an easy adjustment. They are so nice and easy to talk to! Quick response times if I ever had questions. Their home os tucked away in a nice and safe neighborhood. It is also only about an hour from the beach! (big plus for me) I wod definitely stay here again if I were to come back to the area.
