Really a home away from home

I had a great experience renting this 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. I needed a place for an urgent move-in, and the landlord made the entire process incredibly smooth. Within just two days, everything was finalized, and I was able to move in without any hassle. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable layout. It felt like home right away. But what really stood out was the landlordthey were extremely helpful, responsive, and flexible, making sure everything was taken care of quickly. If you're looking for a well-managed rental with a supportive owner, I'd definitely recommend this place!

Lovely Apartment with Friendly and Prompt Management Support

The apartment is nice, everything you need was there, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. All the appliances and furniture seemed new with exception of the oven. The owner/landlord was extremely nice and helpful. He was always able to resolve any issue or concern I had within a timely manner. I really enjoyed my stay here and had no issues with the apartment or the owner. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Louisville.

Home away from home

Charming updated apartment with lots of room. Easy access on and off highway and close to shopping. I enjoyed my stay as it was nice, quiet and comfortable. Property owner and manager are both extremely nice and helpful. My welcome basket was amazing and made me feel at home. It was a nice touch! I would stay here again.

Nice place

My family and I stayed in the apartment for a couple of weeks while on assignment at Norton Hospital. We like that the apartment meet our needs. It was very clean and spacious for our 18 month old toddler . It had extra things like water packs , snacks , and also a small blender that we really like . The outside of the building can use some help , but there are renovations going on . It is a safe neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our stay . The landlord was very friendly , accommodating and prompt to response on our service request . W P

Good Stat

I stayed at this property for a few weeks while on assignment. The place could use a little sprucing on the exterior and the common areas. It met my basic stay needs. They are currently renovating so I suspect this place will become even nicer over the next few months. The actually apartment itself was very spacious and clean.I appreciated a few basics being available upon arrival like basic toiletries, dish soap, and a few snacks:) p.s they even have a small blender available! The building owner and manager were very accommodating and readily available for any issues that might occur. The area is safe, close to the local hospitals, and theres a grocery just right down the road. Overall this was a decent stay and I would return.
