Our home is modern, clean, and fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms all with closet space. We have a modern open concept downstairs with the kitchen overlooking the living room. The best part of the house is the beautiful backyard that's spacious (especially for Vegas) and private. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset.

Our home is a modern home with an open floor plan. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master bedroom with a bathroom attached, a laundry room, a loft area, and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Downstairs is the dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom with another bedroom.
We are also open to long term stays where you pay your own utilities if you prefer. Happy to discuss and negotiate a price for you!

The neighborhood is safe with a great family vibe. It's right off both the 215 and the 95, making everywhere in the city easily accessible. With multiple grocery stores, Target, the library, coffee shops, gyms, and parks less than 10 minutes away, you don't need to go far to get what you need.

Excellent Property, Wonderful Owners, Great Value
This property is very well maintained, looks exactly as depicted in the photos, and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, freeways, medical facilities etc. Our experience renting this property was wonderful. The owners are super nice folks and made us feel warm and welcome. We relocated from the East Coast and needed a place to stay while our home was being completed in Summerlin. We didn't know what to expect as pictures could sometimes be deceiving. We were very pleasantly surprised. The home was clean, warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It is a superb value for the price charged. We would rent again from N & J without hesitation!! Don't pass this one up!! M & T, Las Vegas, NV

Beautiful and spacious
This is the perfect home if you are looking for spacious living while working on the road. We were sent to Summerlin for a month to finish a project and this house was ideal for our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood but has everything you could possibly need within a short drive. The house itself is very open and the backyard is gorgeous. The hosts are extremely friendly and very responsive. If we ever get sent back to the area, we will be hoping this house is available for rent.
