Perfectly Located and Comfortable
My stay here was extremely comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect for walking and exploring downtown. Taco Baby restaurant , one of my favorites is a one minute walk just around the corner. And the drive to the hospital was short with little traffic in the morning. M&K were wonderful to rent from and always available for any of my needs or questions. I would rent from them again!

Truly is the heart of Wilmington!
Not only is the property absolutely perfect, the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have literally everything you need. Response time was always immediate and they made themselves available to answer any questions about the local area. Housing was clean and in close proximity to banks, food, and entertainment, but still quiet enough to enjoy my nights off. I highly recommend and appreciate the opportunity to find this gem
