I loved this property during my stay in Portland! Nice home with extra homey touches so it didnt feel like every other cookie cutter rental Ive stayed in over the years. Nice backyard for my dog! Long driveway to get your car off the street and quick access to the freeway. St. Johns is a nice area with a lot of great bars and restaurants too. Its also literally right next door to a small grocery store thats similar to Whole Foods which was very convenient. It is a busy area and its not immune to Portland problems (I had to start using Amazon drop boxes after a couple packages got stolen off the porch) but its 100x better than most places in Portland and I would definitely stay here again! Landlord was super nice and patient, and was wonderful to deal with when it took the hospital forever to approve a contract extension! Highly recommend!

Cozy apartment, great communication!

I stayed in this apartment while moving out of my house in Portland. It is clean, cozy and quiet! I didn't hear much noise from the upstairs tenant and it had it's own private entrance. The house and especially the kitchen were well equipped with everything I needed during my stay and it was the perfect size for my dog and me. I loved being able to walk literally right next door to New Seasons to get coffee or groceries. The neighborhood felt safe and I enjoyed walking my dog to the park down the street. P was an excellent communicator during my stay and was very generous and flexible while I got settled in.

Cozy and cute

I stayed at this wonderful 2 bedroom house for three months during spring time. This house has everything a traveler needs to make it feel like home. There is a wonderful backyard with a porch overlooking a beautiful garden. The owner was always available if there was anything we needed. This was by far one of the best pet friendly places I have stayed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Portland.
