Peaceful house in the boulders, incredible views!

Perfect in every way!

This little casita is the perfect place to stay for a traveler. It is quiet and secluded, with easy access to hiking, the most private little backyard nestled into the boulders, with 15 minutes to downtown Prescott making it easy to get out to restaurants, galleries, the hospital, or anything else you might need. The house is comfortable, immaculate, and really, really private. C and J are perfect hosts, never intrusive, but quick to say hello, and very helpful if needed. (they weren't, except for trading mis delivered packages). I cannot recommend the house, and the hosts highly enough, and I will absolutely stay again if I come back to Prescott to work. Lovely casita with gracious, welcoming hosts and all of the peace and privacy you could wish for at the end of a crazy day. Highly recommended.

Granite Dells Paradise

We had the most amazing stay at this property. Waking up every morning to the view of the granite rock garden is like nothing we have ever seen before. There is hiking right out of your backyard, a small koi pond with turf area to lay/read, as well a backyard for grilling and bonfires. It made living in Prescott, AZ for 4 months absolutely perfect. The landlords were so accommodating and helped us whenever we needed anything at all. Inside the apartment has a great kitchen, living space, and the most comfortable king bed. Highly recommended for any traveling health professionals that wants to have a safe space with beautiful views and easy access to downtown.

Perfect Bungalow

I had the honor and luxury of staying in this exquisite home for a full year! Traveling for work and a long way from home this cozy bungalow in the boulders was an amazing fit! I could not have asked for a more beautiful place to come to after a busy day at the hospital. Sitting outside, listening to the koi pond and looking at the stars at night were the best way to unwind! Not only is this a beautiful place to rent, but the owners are even better! Very accommodating, understanding, responsive and willing to help with any of your needs! If you want a cozy place that has adventures waiting for you in your backyard, a short drive to YRMC, views that pictures do not capture the reality, then this is the perfect place for you! I look forward to staying again in the future!
