Disappointing

I wish there more pros then cons but as the weeks went by the problems unraveled. Simply starting with what was not disclosed in the description of the property, laundry is on the property but its not free. With that being said the hours of the laundry room are very limited, for a nurse working until 7pm. There are many occasions where, machines were down and would take weeks to be repaired. There is also no mail box, which isnt good long term. Aesthetically,the space needs an upgrade, take that as you will. Every now and again an unwelcome guest would show up. The only few conveniences was that she responded well with very little instruction, plenty of parking,plenty cleaning supplies and a very short distance from the hospital.

Great & safe area to live

This is a great place to stay. Condo is gated, which helped me feel safe at all times. Area is quiet and neighbors friendly. Lori was always available if needed and very helpful. As a first-time renter, I am extremely satisfied with the LL and condo, great experience all around.

Great location

The condo is supplied with all the essentials. The parking lot is easily accessible from front door. the location was perfect for assignment in the south valley as well as convenient to restaurants.
