Cozy studio

This back house was perfect for my stay in Dallas. It has in unit washer/dryer combo, kitchen and bathroom. I enjoyed having my own space compared to sharing a home with others. The studio was nicely decorated and felt homey. I would recommend staying if youre traveling in Dallas! Oh last thing it has Air conditioning too which is a must in the summer months! The homeowners are great and very responsive!

This property is a mother in law house made out of the old detached garage building. The main house is a separate property. Your tinder date will laugh. Everything is there from a FULL kitchen to shower. Its actually nicely decorated to be a livable studio apartment. the internet was good. the TV came with every sub package already on it. the water is slow to heat up and uses the hot water from the main house it never really got as hot as i would have liked. Its very close to a fun young people area but too far to walk. good highway access so a downtown commute was fine. The neighborhood is a Spanish hood and seemed safe enough but I wouldn't call it nice. I would have felt fine except due to the fence and street parking I felt a lil paranoid about my car. nothing ever happened and the neighbors were nice enough give me a jump in the middle of the night. this place actually has a REALLY good landlord/handyman. when I moved in there was no heat installed, they fixed within 36 hours.
