Great hosts and property!

My dog and I stayed here for over a month and if given the option, I totally would have extended. G and T were friendly and wonderful people to talk to. As hosts, they were responsive (can expect a response within a day), quick to fix any maintenance issues (although the issues themselves were minor), flexible (they let me arrive a day early and move out at a later time), and informative (told me all the cool places to hike and eat). The neighborhood is super awesome as well. There's a great MMA and bouldering gym within eight minutes, and my dog was spoiled by the proximity to Pine Nursery Park. In general, I really enjoyed staying here for my dog; the backyard was convenient because when I was feeling lazy or it was early in the morning, I could let him out and pick up the poop another time. Plus, my dog happens to have be extra fluffy so during the few hot days, the AC was nice to have. All in all, it was a really good experience and I would highly recommend :)

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay at this property. There are wonderful views of the mountains from the office window and a it is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is an easy drive or bike to downtown Bend or the waterfront. T & G are incredibly kind and fun roommates. We would highly recommend this property!

Great stay!

T and G were awesome hosts-- friendly yet respectful of our privacy, responsive yet easy-going, and generally we felt more comfortable there than we ever anticipated feeling in a one-month room for rent situation. The rooms were great too, clean and the spare office room was perfect for my girlfriend who works on a confidential crisis hotline and needs a workspace where conversation doesn't bleed through the walls. Another plus was that T and G tend to meal prep just once a week so we rarely had to share the kitchen with them. We had a great time talking to them about vegan cooking and travel, and if we decide to do another room for rent we wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again!
