Sharon thought of everything and had it all taken care of. The house was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. She was easy to work with and respectful of privacy. The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful and peaceful in Charlotte, great for walks or runs and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

They're very hospitable, kind, considerate, and respectful of privacy. This property was very well maintained, clean, and equipped with the necessities of home. Accommodations are available for laundry by coordinating a day and time with Sharon. She's easy to work with. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. People are friendly. Great place for morning or evening walks, runs, bike rides, or other outdoor activities. It's convenient to restaurants and shopping. S and B were wonderful hosts who were always mindful of the fact that I worked night shift. They were very welcoming and offered up recommendations for places to eat, shop, and to go explore in Charlotte. The property was well kept up, and the amenities were more than sufficient for myself throughout my 3 month stay. Washer and drier are in their personal home, but they accommodated my laundry day needs on every occasion. I felt as though they went above and beyond, and I highly recommend their property!
