This space is open, comfortable, and inviting! You cannot beat the gorgeous lake views either! The location is super convenient and within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, fast food, and more. Reston Town Center is less than 5 minutes away, too! The bathroom is huge and amazing! Lots of room! I loved the king sized bed and the large closet. Kurt is a very kind, considerate, and accommodating host. We had great conversations and he showed me around the lake on his floating dock. I loved the time on the water and the great company. If you are considering a comfortable place that is very reasonably priced, look no further!

This is a great location the lake views are stunning .As a travel nurse it was super convenient to my job.Privacy was important to me and the owner respected it, most of all I felt safe there. As a women this is beyond a need it is a necessity when traveling for work. The owner was so quiet, often I didn't even know he was there. I found him to be kind, gracious, polite and very knowledgable about the area. I really loved the close by shopping area I could walk to for groceries, not having to drive in traffic was a blessing.I was very fortunate to be able park in a garage where I knew my car was safe. The owner and his rental property was blessing for me. I would recommend this property to any professional traveler you will not be disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place! K was very responsive and helpful with any questions. K was also a genuine and caring host during my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe and neighbors were very welcoming. The lake view was exactly what I needed at the end of my work days. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here!

K was a very polite and respectful host, always doing his best (and succeeding) to be accommodating. The space is steps away from a nearby strip mall, right along a walking trail, and a very short drive away from Reston Town Center which made day-to-day living very convenient. Along with that, the bathroom was one of the nicest Ive ever used, and certainly the nicest Ive ever lived with. If youre looking for a great lake view, right on the water, and to be within the heart of Reston, definitely check this place out! It was a pleasure staying here.

This is a beautiful property sitting right on Lake Thoreau. The bedroom is very large with a high ceiling, hardwood floors and a fantastic window overseeing the lake. Your area also comes with its own den off the bedroom, a HUGE beautiful bathroom and walk-in closets. K is the sweetest landlord you'll ever have. He is very welcoming and respectful of your space. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
