Great location and building

I had a great stay here. The location was excellent and very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. The building was very nice, well maintained, and had great amenities. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing Landlord & Property!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this studio in Miami over the winter. The location is amazing and centrally located to every neighborhood in Miami. The space was perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with everything I needed for an extended stay. The views were truly stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. One of the highlights was definitely the amenities. Having access to two beautiful pools, sauna, and rooftop gym was such a luxury! Vivian, the owner, was exceptional—kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay in Miami. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Cozy and modern loft with amazing view

The apartment on the 33rd floor offers an incredible view from the balcony! Inside it has all the necessary amenities and modern finishing. The apartment is calm and soundproofed. The location it is perfect. Having Bayfront Park right near the apartment for walking and relaxing was a huge bonus. Parking can be also optionally included. The building amenities include uncongested gym, a sauna and two pools. There is a rooftop pool with a top-notch view and a second pool on a lower level. As for the host Vivian. She is a friendly, wonderful and incredibly hospitable person. She immediately explained all the conditions, with absolutely no hidden unpleasant surprises. She is very kind and whenever we had any questions, she was always quick to resolve them.

Great place!

Great studio apartment downtown Miami! Looks just like the photos and I had everything I needed to be comfortable for my month stay. Beautiful view of the bay and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the gym and rooftop pool. Vivian was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing host and studio

The apartment is amazing. It has a beautiful full and the host goes to the extra mile! Vivian was always on top of everything, asking me if I need anything, sending me recommendation which were really helpful since Ive never been in Miami. Location is really good, youre going to be nearby good restaurants, bars and clubs. The building has a really nice pool with a stunning view. I strong recommend!

Beautiful Spacious Condo!!

Beautiful apartment with touching attention to detail (washer dryer in unit with detergent, coffee and tea and Keurig, Netflix set up, fast Wi-Fi). View of the bay from one of the top floors of building. Large enough to live and work. Would recommend to anyone. - C

Loft 2 Stay

V was a very gracious host for my 3 months stay at her Loft II luxury studio apartment. Very clean, spacious, and beautiful condo with all essentials on site. Parking was easy with a garage across the street. Highly recommend.

Great view of the pool area. You are walking distant to great food, and shopping. Spacious condo with great amenities. Owner is a very gracious hostess.
