Best place!

I ended up staying about a year, starting in the downstairs studio before moving upstairs. Both are fantastic. The landlords (J and S) are responsive and knowledgeable about the area. The views upstairs are incredible, the location is quiet, the bed is comfortable, there are two restaurants in walking distance, and the bay is at the end of the street. Could not recommend this place more. I brought cats, and they enjoyed the bird show that played out every window. I would definitely come back to stay!!!!

King Salmon and the landlords (J and S) are the BEST! J and S were very attentive and always made sure that I had everything I needed. Communication was exceptional and I really appreciated their recommendations for safe running trails, places to eat, and general places to explore while in Humboldt County! The location of this unit is absolutely amazing. A dock in the backyard, a quick walk to the beach, and only a 12-15 minute drive to St. Joseph Hospital...this location was everything I had hoped for AND more! I could not recommend this property enough. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of throughout my time here. The amenities were wonderful (and very clean). I would definitely want to stay here again, if I were to return to the area. Thank you J and S for everything, I am truly grateful for you both :)

My favorite rental

The landlords are amazing and have everything covered. Great communication and provided awesome recommendations. The house is a block away from a dog friendly beach which was amazing to explore with my dog. There is also a trail that extends from the beach. King Salmon is a great location. Away from the chaos of Eureka. It was 15 minutes from St Joes and easy drive to work.

King Salmon Oasis

AMAZING LOCATION AND LANDLORDS! J and S are the best landlords anyone could ask for. They are super sweet, accommodating, and fun. I can not begin to explain how welcomed I felt at home while away from home. They are easy to communicate with and always keep.you up to date with any festivities or sightseeing activities. The studio was perfect for me with all utilities included. Amazing location; dock at the backyard, 5 min walk to King Salmon beach, 15 min drive to St Joseph hospital. So much to do and see. I highly recommend this location to any healthcare travelers. Definitely will be in contact with landlords if I have another contract up in Eureka, Fortuna, or Arcata. Thank you J and S for all you have done for me and allowing me to stay at your beautiful property

Absolutely Perfect!

S and J were exceptional hosts! The studio is as exactly as they described it. Cozy and comfortable. The amenities here were more than I excepted. The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. This is an absolute gem. I hope that if my travels take me back to Eureka I will have another amazing stay with S and J. Thank you ladies so much for making my stay so wonderful.

Charming studio

S & J provided a lovely studio on the water for my 3 month stay in Eureka. Just steps from the beach! King Salmon was a cute little community just 2 exits on the highway from the city. I loved my stay there and will hope to stay again if I ever return for another contract in Eureka.

Wonderful stay with great landlords

This is a great unit for a solo traveler and perfect if you have a pet. There is a fenced-in yard and the landlords are very pet friendly. You can walk to the beach too. The unit looks just like the pictures and comes fully equipped with home goods, towels, and even cleaning supplies. Such a nicely stocked apartment and the landlords are so nice and accommodating. It's around a 15-minute drive to St. Joe's and 15-20 minutes to Redwood memorial hospital in Fortuna. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect home away from home!

This was the perfect property and hosts for my stay in Eureka! S and J are very welcoming and kind and are there to help your stay in any way! Everything you need is provided and there is a big gated yard with a private dock! Walking distance to the beach and some trails. Had my dog with me and he loved it! 15 minutes from the hospital and 25 minutes from Arcata.You will not be disappointed!
