Entire Condo Steps from DT Tacoma and St. Joseph Medical Center

We loved our stay here! Rami was an amazing host and was always super responsive. The dryer was not drying super well and Rami immediately had someone come out to look at it, and even personally came over to help fix the issue, and it worked great after! He also came to personally install brand new blackout blinds he had custom-made for the space, which were amazing. The unit very quickly felt like home to us, and we will miss living here. The ability to walk to work at the hospital was also amazing and such a time saver! Some things to mention are that if you really enjoy cooking, the cookware in the kitchen is minimal, though would be enough for basic cooking. Also, the area immediately around the unit is quite nice (we walked our dog here twice a day every day with no issues), though there were quite a few cars with broken windows as well as some homeless encampments after about a two-block radius. Overall, we absolutely loved living here and would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely loved my stay it was my first nursing contract and I couldnt have asked for a better place. Very private. Neighbors always said hi to me! There was a couple of homeless people that pass by every so often but they have done no harm to me or the property. Everyone is very respectful. There are times where the upstairs neighbor would have their dogs scurrying across the floor and I could hear them but it was really no issue for me. Landlord is very responsive. It came with everything I needed. The in unit washer dryer is a plus. The coffee maker and grinder was also a big plus! I loved how close this place was to downtown coffee shops, and bars. The view from the stairs outside and from the living room on a sunny day especially during sunset, was drop dead gorgeous view of Mt Rainer. The heating system was perfect as the heating vents were near where I sleep so I didnt feel too cold during the winter/spring season! The TV was a smart TV so I was able to watch Netflix and use my phone to connect to YouTube etc. the best coffee shop was right around the corner called drip house coffee so I would walk there which only took 4 minutes (its right in front of at joes hospital and the gas station) Overall would definitely stay in this place again if only it was closer to the hospital im at but there is easy access to the freeway which is also a big plus!! Lots of ample parking too in front of the unit. Thanks again!

Great property in a great location! I really enjoyed my stay especially as it was my first travel nurse contract! R was very communicative and I really appreciated his hospitality, it made all the nerves of moving across the country less stressful! The unit is spacious with clean & comfy furniture and I found out very quickly I had everything I could possibly need upon my arrival. Waking up to the view of Mt. Rainer from the apartment was breathtaking! Also a major plus was how the property is approximately a 10-15 minute drive (if not closer) from a multitude of great restaurants, grocery stores, and all the gems that Tacoma has to offer! I would highly recommend reaching out to R and renting out this property!

My stay at this condo was my first experience using Furnished Finder for my first travel assignment. I was lucky enough to come across this listing soon after I signed my travel contract. This condo looked exactly as pictured. Its such a cozy spot to call home while away from home. It came with all the basic necessities; kitchen supplies, bedding, in unit washer and dryer and just enough space for one or two people. There is plenty of street parking around the building. The area is generally pretty quiet considering how conveniently close it is to downtown Tacoma and freeway entrances. This condo sits at the top of a hill and the beautiful view of Mt. Rainer on a clear day was a nice bonus. R was also a super responsive and accommodating host which made my stay all the more enjoyable and easy. Would definitely recommend staying here if youre traveling in the Tacoma area.
