This could almost be listed as a 1 bedroom so this is a bit of a find. It's not your typical studio with a bed in the living space. It has it's own dedicated sleeping space that's separate from the living area. The sleeping space has it's own closet, it's own access to the balcony, and feels very much like a bedroom, except it doesn't ha...
Awesome
Wonderful stay and location. Size is great for a single or two people and so much better than a hotel/motel. Bed is comfortable and the kitchen is great. On site laundry and workout room. Parking is diagonal across the street which is not bad. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and building. Would stay here in a heartbeat again if we come back for an extended stay again. Thank you so much for having us.
Great place in a great area!
This property was great! Great value for the area. Open floor plan. Walkability was huge here. You can get anywhere downtown. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Great for getting around on weekends off. Close enough to many hiking trails. Place was perfect for someone single and looking for short term renting. Common area for hosting was great to use as well. The pool area was also great with grills available. I would highly recommend this place for someone new to Phoenix looking for a fun and vibrant area to be in!
Downtown Phoenix Apartment
This is a great place to stay in Phoenix! This is my first time in Arizona and I couldnt have picked a better place. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and things to do in walking distance, so its never boring. The owners were super kind and helpful and made my experience stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment itself also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Studio Apartment in Downtown Phoenix
The Unit: This is a great studio apartment. It's an open layout which makes it feel bigger than it really is. You're one floor up from the pool, workout room, and laundry, and has a nice patio where you can see South Mountain and get a good view of the sun setting each night. Location: It's walking distances from a bunch of bars, restaurants, coffee houses, parks within 10 minute walk of the complex. I joined a gym that was a 5 minute jog. It was close to a 25 minute walk from Diamond Backs and Suns arenas as well. Owner/Management: J is the owner, and was easy to set up times to see his apartment, and was flexible with my move-in dates and upgrading the internet for me. His daughter and son-in-law were the people who managed the place, and they live in the complex as well. They were terrific in responding to questions about the complex/apartment, fixing minor maintenance requests (changing light bulbs, etc), and making sure I was comfortable, and I would rent here again.
