Cozy Scottsdale spot

This condo is in a very cozy and safe area of Scottsdale and so close to old town. You have grocery stores within about 5 min including Walmart or can even walk over to a Safeway. Great area to walk and you're right by a clean recreational park. Had zero issues with parking and it was also handy having the assigned spot. Neighbors were also talkative and helpful and quiet. Loved spending time on the patio in the morning. So peaceful. James is so extremely responsive and helpful to whatever you need!!!

GREAT PICK

We just finished an 8 month stay at this property. From the beginning the process was so smooth and James was extremely accommodating and responsive. The place is nicely furnished with all your basic needs. The bed was a dream. I actually plan to find one for my home, home. The location was great and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. It was super clean and we would totally book it again if the need ever arises. If you're debating for any reason - don't! Book it, you will be happy you did.

Awesome rental!

The condo was great and James was extremely professional and accommodating. The rental was as advertised; well furnished with everything we needed, very nice king size bed, safe neighborhood directly next to a park (and a bunch of tennis courts if that's your kind of thing), easy parking, washer/dryer/dishwasher. J was quick to respond to and address any issues I had during my stay. I will definitely be contacting him again if and when I have another contract in Scottsdale!

Amazing!

This was my first out of state contract and the landlord,J, made the whole process as easy as possible! The condo is just a few minutes from old town, close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was safe and the condo itself was extremely comfortable. It was definitely a home away from home. J was responsive and took care of any and all needs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this property for any traveling professional!

Great rental

The property was great and everything I could have asked for my stay. It was well taken care of, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The owner checked in with me and made sure I had everything I needed and confirmed my stay was going well The location was great and if you're traveling for work there is a desk in the bedroom which I utilized. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great place

I had a great stay here during a travel nurse assignment. The condo is as described. Everything you need is already fully stocked there. Location was great and quiet. Never had any issues. Landlord was responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay again!
