Great stay for 2 nurses and 2 dogs

We started in the front house for a 3 month contract with our dogs then moved into the back house when it became available and it worked out great for us. You share a driveway and yard with the front house but have your own private backyard/dog run we fenced in ourselves. You also have a private garage that the washer and dryer are in. Plenty of space for us. There are 2 skylights that give great natural light. Host was amazing and responsive to any questions we had. Great location to hospitals in Salinas. Will stay again if we travel back to the area.

Great spot!

Great experience! Really enjoyed my time here. The house has everything you need.Comfy beds and sofa, nice TV, good wifi for my remote working husband, and kitchen has all the basics. Loved being able to walk to work as parking around Salinas Valley Hospital is severely lacking. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Q!

Wonderful long term rental!

We are travel nurses and we stayed in this property with our two dogs for 3 months ! The owners were so nice and were readily available whenever we needed them! The house is really beautiful and clean ! It has really great sky lights ! I would definitely stay here again! Close to all of the hospitals and shopping areas ! Great for long term stays !

Great Experience

The home is beautiful, well kept & up-to-date. The kitchen has quality appliances & cookware. Overall, a nice experience & a really short walk to SVMH, which is a plus since I did not have a car while in town.

This place is perfect!

Q is a delight to rent from! Her property on Romie is PERFECT. Its adorably decorated, immaculate, safely tucked away from the street, in a quiet area, and is a perfect walking distance to Salinas Memorial and the surrounding medical offices. Best of all, she allows pets so your fur babies can be with you on your travel assignment. We absolutely would rent a furnished finder property from Q again. She was very professional and always responded right away to questions. A+++ for both property and owner. Thank you Q!

Awesome house close to SVMH.

Awesome 3 bedroom house. All amenities you would need. Attached garage with washer and dryer. Its in back of a front house to you get more privacy and less traffic noise. Only a 1 min drive to SVMH. Door dash and amazon accessible. Q and D are awesome landlords, very accommodating, respect your privacy and so easy and great to work with. This is the second time my wife and i rented from them and have nothing but 5 star positive reviews. Highly recommend and would rent from them again.
