Quiet cul-de-sac just off 5th Street and I-64. Easy access to everything including UVA hospital and Marth Jefferson and downtown Charlottesville. Less than 1 mile to Wegmans shopping center. You'll get the entire first floor (upper portion of the house). There is a nurse tenant living in the basement apartment; totally separate unit.

Great place and nice landlord!
It is a great place to live. My family greatly enjoyed staying in this apartment. Ms. Melissa Meece is a very nice host! I strongly recommend this place!!!
