Great Space!!

Owner did such a great job keeping the charm of an older apartment with some nice upgrades! It's a spot that a social person wants for sure, walkable to everything on 30th Street and Normal Heights. The only reason I am leaving is to hang up my travel shoes and be still for a bit. On street parking is ok, pay attention to the signs (I got one ticket when I didn't) You will hear the neighbors from time to time below and next door, older buildings of course, but never lasts long. Owner is prompt in responding to anything :)

Cozy and convenient

This apartment is absolutely adorable and is in a fantastic location. It is steps away from coffee shops, breweries and restaurants, plus it has super convenient freeway access. The apartment itself is really cute and it gets great lighting throughout the day. The landlord is very responsive and incredibly kind. She handles issues quickly. I highly recommend this place!
