Excellent Place to Stay

I am a travel nurse and enjoyed staying here. The unit is clean, spacious, and up to date. The main bedroom has a king bed (comfortable mattress) and the second bedroom has a futon with a mattress topper. Kitchen appliances work well: coffee maker (pods), blender, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven with air fryer mode. Full-sized fridge, cookware, dishware, and cleaning supplies are provided. There are 3 closets, towels, sheets, ironing board, and AC units for summer. TV is not smart. Maintenance men are respectful, trustworthy, and efficient. Theres a train nearby but not bothersome. Coin laundry in basement ($1.75 washer, $1.50 dryer). Neighbors are respectful. Landlady Luz is flexible and accommodating. Security deposit returned without issue. Id 100% stay here again.

Nice for the long term tenants, not nice for short-term

The maintenance man tried to steal from me, my bike was stolen, it's 500 feet from train tracks and the train goes by a few times a day at any hour, there was a painting project going on for one month, the apartment was not ready on time, the wifi works most of the time.

Great 3 Month Stay

I stayed here with my partner while on contract at UMass Memorial and it was perfect for what we needed! L, the landlord, was very accommodating with us when our times changed to move in. The apartment was clean when we arrived which is always the first thing I look for when staying somewhere for contract. It was a quiet building with plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, and less than 15 minutes to the hospital. When we had issues installing a window AC Luz sent over her maintenance guy right away. She also provided an AC unit for us for the second room. It's furnished with all the kitchen necessities and has plenty of closet space and drawers for clothes. Both bedrooms are good sized and the bed in the master was very comfortable (never slept in the other one). My partner was able to work from home with the wifi with no issues, and when there was an issue once L sent someone over to fix the router the same day. We would definitely stay again if I do another Worcester contract!
