Awonderful place to live!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience living in this home in Fairfield, California. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and welcoming truly an ideal place to stay for both short and long-term living. The house itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized with all the necessary amenities. Everything you could possibly need was already provided, literally all you have to do is bring your personal belongings and settle right in. My room was very comfortable, creating a perfect space to relax and recharge. Tammy was a wonderful and attentive host, kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great living experience. I truly appreciated the hospitality. I would not hesitate to relive this experience and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment.

Wonderful Stay in Fairfield

Tammy was such a welcoming and organized host! The booking process was very quick and seamless! The house and the room I satayed in were perfect and I had access to all the amenities I needed. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and organized for all guests and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and nice for walking. I would stay again if I am ever back in the area!

Luxury Stay

T is very hospitable, considerate and funny. Her home is a combination of coziness and luxury. Its everything you can want in a home away from home. Spacious, upscale, clean, quiet and safe. It also offers convenience to shopping areas and bordering cities San Francisco & Sacramento. I wish I couldve stayed longer, & will definitely stay again when I can. The Best place to be.

The house is located in a good neighborhood and the landlady is the best. The house is clean and beautiful. The landlady is quick to respond to any issue and resolve it accordingly. I will definitely refer friends and I will definitely return there again. It was a wonderful experience and I love it.

Great property in a great location

This was my first time traveling for work. It was a bit nerve wrecking trying to find housing in a neighborhood I knew nothing about. This house is in a great location, in a nice quiet community. The owners property is well kept and she makes sure you feel very comfortable. If any issues arise, she responds quickly. If I return to the area for work, I will be sure to reach out to her to see if this place is available.

AMAZING property

I'm a travel nurse, coming from quit a distance. The one thing I absolutely hate about traveling to new places is finding places to stay and being uncomfortable in staying at new locations. BUT, this was not an issue at this property! T, the property owner made me feel welcomed and she made the process soooo easy! The home was beyond GORGEOUS and I felt so at home and so comfortable! I wanted to keep renewing my contract at the hospital just so I could continue staying at the home! Thats how much I loved it! Not only that, but the rooms were all beautiful and fully furnished, washer and dryer were include (so convenient bc of scrubs), but the kitchen was by far my favorite place (fully stocked/ huge kitchen area). T was also an incredible property owner. Any issue at all, she would physically come and check on everything less than a few hours of even being contacted. She was so easy to reach and so friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

One of the best places that I've stayed as a travel nurse

As a travel nurse, being away from home can be difficult at times. Having a comfortable place to stay that is clean, safe and a bargain is all one can ask for. This place provided all of those. The neighborhood was quiet and each room had blackout curtains so it's a good place if you sleep during the day for work. The house is very clean and easy on the eyes. The host Tammy was very friendly and did not give me the impression that she was trying to squeeze every dollar that she could out of me. Landlords in the past have risen prices on me or often charged for a full month even though I was only staying for 15 days or so. T was kind enough to only charge me half the rent since I would only be staying halfway through my second month. The rent price is also a good deal for what you get. She was very professional, responded quickly, and addressed my concerns promptly. On my way out, she also gave me a parting gift as we exchanged goodbyes. Thank you again T if you're reading this!
