Cozy Craftsman Near the Park

Great stay!

Ive loved my stay in this wonderfully charming house. Ive been here almost 2 years. Hands down my favorite rental in my traveler adventure. Very safe and quiet neighborhood only 2 blocks from the river and a nice park with walking trails. The house was spotless when I moved in nice sheets and towels. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Beautiful back yard with flowers and a patio with chairs. Detached garage was an extra bonus in the winter. Rob was wonderful to work with made everything convenient.

Home away from home

Beautiful, comfy home! This was the first travel assignment that I did not need to purchase an item or two from a store that I needed! Very helpful, kind and responsive owners! Great location with sidewalk tree lined streets in a very quiet area within walking distance to a nice park. This home has everything you need and more!

Best Renting Experience

We loved renting from R! He was very easy to work with and communicate with. All appliances were brand new, 2 full bathrooms, we loved the fenced in yard and location. It was the perfect size for a couple to rent. I cant say enough good things about this property and wish we could have stayed longer.

Best Rental in Mason

I had the pleasure of being the first renter of this cute and cozy home last winter. The house has been completely remodeled and has everything youll need and more. The owners are wonderful to rent from and are very accommodating. House is only 10min from the Hospital. Youd be lucky to get your hands on this place. Not many options in Mason City. Id love to rent it again.
