Needs some TLC

I paid 1200/month and wouldn't recommend 1900. Pics are old-unit contains basic furniture pictured(couch, bed, dresser etc)but doesn't contain some of the decor(bare desk, no blue fabric wall, no mirrors in living room, no bathroom hamper, no bathroom pink rug etc). Most of what's here appears old(stained couch, old bedding, bedroom dresser missing paint). Single AC does not cool down the entire unit so I purchased my own portable AC to place in bedroom(unit still got hot in the summer). Landlord is responsive but there are some maintenance issues. I stepped through a rotten plank on the third floor porch and injured my ankle. Maintenance fixed w/in 48h, but it's obvious that planks have been replaced in the past. Also broken slats along the staircase and maybe rotting door on the second floor. Despite all of its quirks, it's located in a great spot downtown and it's usually easy to find parking. Was grateful to have lived here, but would not stay again for listed price.

Perfect Studio Near Downtown Savannah

This studio was conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park, 1 mile from downtown, 1 mile from Starland district, and a Kroger right outdoors. I cannot stress the perfection of the location, I was able to walk just about anywhere I needed. The studio was comfortable and the appliances are updated as it was renovated just a few years ago. The beautiful, historical house is split up into 6 units with a shared laundry room (2 washers/dryers). The apartment is on the 3rd story and the stairs are steep, but completely manageable. R is extremely responsive and maintenance was fast. The only reason I'm still not living here is because I got married and it's not large enough for 2. Although I did move to a property with the same owners. HIGHLY recommend this studio!
