Comfy and had what I needed!

I stayed here for a hospital contract and was happy with the home. S was always responsive to messages. Plenty of food nearby, blackout curtains were great, and had what I needed for an extended stay. Husband and dog stayed with me for a bit, but I was on my own for most and felt safe as a female traveler. However, neighborhood does look rough (thats just Waco, can't change that) but I never felt like I was unsafe. Noisy at times, but never bothered me. I appreciate what S provided for a home!

Ideal for my needs

The property owner was very easy to work with, and I enjoyed my stay in Waco. All of my needs or concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who needs temporary housing in the Waco area.

We had a great stay. Location is close to local hospitals. Yard and landscaping always kept neat. Host was timely when responding. Would definitely stay here again.
