Incredible find

My husband and I and our pup rented the cottage for 3 months that turned into 9 and we loved every minute of it. The space is well appointed and thought out, the furniture in comfortable, and the laundry room and gated front and back yards are great bonuses. There is also STORAGE FOR DAYSSSSS. We had a great stay, and can't wait to rent from Linda again.

Home away from home

I was here on an extended stay for work, and Lindas cottage was the perfect home away from home. Its impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and designed with a sleek, comfortable style. I especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen with new appliances. The large fridge and pull-out freezer are great if you enjoy cooking and want to take advantage of nearby grocery stores and farmers markets. Theres plenty of closet and storage space. The private, enclosed front and back yards include a deck and chairs to relax after a long day. The neighborhood is quiet with ample street parking. Linda is a thoughtful, knowledgeable host, attentive to even the smallest details. Shes just a stones throw away if needed. The location in Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks is ideal if you're working in the Valley, with quick access to the 405 and other routes. No matter how long your stay, youll be sad when its time to leave.

Wonderful Cottage

Califa Casita incorporates everything you would need for a comfortable, longterm stay. From modern, thoughtful furnishings all throughout, a large walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and a private, gated outdoor space to blackout curtains in the bedroom (great for night shift workers!), everything was great. The cottage itself is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with great privacy and plenty of easily accessible street parking. L was also very welcoming and always easy to communicate with. I stayed for 4 months and would highly recommend this wonderful cottage!

Awesome cottage

This wonderful cottage is not to be missed. The space is perfect and equipped with everything you could possible need. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space as well and having breakfast outside in our own enclosed patio. LG is the perfect host, super accommodating and helpful while still allowing you privacy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you LG for everything!

I really enjoyed my stay here during my contract. It was very nice and in a great area. L was also super sweet and helped me whenever I had trouble with something! Wish I couldve stayed longer :)

Amazing little cottage

This cottage is amazing! I loved the privacy and all the amount of space. The back deck is great. Parking is super easy. Linda is also super welcoming! She was there whenever I needed, but also gave space. Over all I loved living here for my 3 months and would do it again any chance I could
