Comfortable stay!

I lived in this apartment for four months and it was an amazing stay! Michael and Dana were very quick with their responses if I messaged them. It was very clean when I moved in and well maintained. Really enjoyed it and would recommended it!

Wonderful stay

Loved staying here! Great location, safe beautiful building, walkable area. Stayed for the months for travel nursing contract, worked nights, no problem sleeping during the day. Off street parking, apt great size & amenities for a studio. Highly recommend! If I come back to louisville again, will definitely try to rent here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Charming property, lovely hosts!

The apartment was so charming and comfortable for my two month stay. Walking distance to Central Park and a cute neighborhood coffee shop. All the kitchen essentials, laundry conveniently located in the building, parking right outside your door. The host, Dana, was so friendly and checked in several times throughout my stay to see if there was anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Worth the stay

I typically do not leave reviews BUT. I have stayed in several places over the past two and a half years.This studio apartment is with out a doubt the best yet. Nice safe location close to hospitals. Decorated very nice. Stocked with all the needed essentials and by far the most neat and clean. The host were very responsive and very organized with all.

The Flats on Sixth is literally the best apt I have had! They are so friendly and accommodating! They are easy to get in contact with and so wonderful! I literally cant put into words how amazing the apartment was! Completely furnished with all the essentials! I had a wonderful time there and I know if you choose any of their apartments you will absolutely love it!

Highly Recommend Professional Host and Peaceful Neighborhood

Amazing

I'm a travel nurse and stayed at The Flats on 6th for 6 awesome months! Best hosts EVER!!!!! Close to area hospitals and off street parking! The neighbors are all very nice! There is a lovely front porch for enjoying the beautiful views! Central Park is walking distance and a nice place to spend time. My stay was fabulous and I'm thankful for a wonderful, safe, and beautiful place to stay while I was working in Louisville! Thank you!!!

Home Sweet Home far away from Home

Got a travel assignment in Louisville Kentucky and Im glad I found this little studio type apartment. Its a little space but big enough for all your needs. Kitchen area is so cool that you will enjoy yourself if you want to cook and prepare your food. The bathroom is surprisingly big enough for a studio type apartment. This is a beautiful place to stay far away from home which you can say its also a home sweet home. Washer and dryer is in the basement. This place is secured. Parking is 100% the best! Off street parking! Neighborhood is quite and as a night shift worker, i can really rest well during daytime. Stayed here for more than 2 months and after i finished my contract, it was hard for me to leave this place but moving on, i wish my future stays as a travel nurse will also be like this positive and good experience. To top it all, D and M were very responsive in anything and they are just a message away from you. Staying in this place makes memories of a lifetime.

Lovely and Cozy

Sweet little studio in a quiet and safe building. Small space filled with beautiful unique details. I felt very comfortable staying here. Surrounding neighborhood has beautiful homes and a nearby park for pretty walks. Old Louisville Tavern makes great food! Cute coffee shop just down the street. Parking lot makes a big difference when getting home late! Communication with D and M was quick and easy. I would easily recommend this sweet studio for a single traveler.
