Great!
Property is great! Includes everything that you could possibly need. Wifi works well and has google chromecast so you can watch streaming services. Great yard space if you are traveling with a pet. Reasonable pricing and M (the landlord) is very responsive/keeps you informed.

Ivy Country apartment
This apartment is absolutely perfect for peace and serenity. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable area for exercise. Enjoy watching the deer and squirrels play every morning and every night. I would have given 4.75 stars. My only issue would be sometimes the noise upstairs (footsteps,voices) can be not loud but noticeable more than I would like. Also, kitchen ware needs updated. The owners are fabulous and very attentive so Im sure the kitchen ware will be updated. Great place for nurses escaping people!

Beauty and comfort
This is a beautiful porperty that is welcoming and warm. All the furnishings are comfortable, bright Central Asian carpets cover the wood floors and picture windows in the living and dining areas, especially allow for the enjoyment of the outdoors from a comfy couch. The garden is spacious with a barbecue and firepit for cool Spring days. We had a wonderful stay in this home, enjoyed using the state of the art kitchen and are aiming to come back to enjoy this home-away-from-home again.

Hidden Gem on IVY close to UVA, will miss our little home away from home!
Beautiful basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood, facing a very relaxing wooded area with big backyard perfect for your furry friends. Landlords are very easy to access, very responsive and hospitable. Great place for any traveling night shift nurse, with black out curtains in the bedroom, and quiet external environment. Great Wi-Fi signal, and fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. 20 minute drive to UVA hospital and reasonably priced for Charlottesville area. Definitely recommend to stay in this little hidden gem it has everything you need to make your assignment a more enjoyable and stress free experience.
