Comfortable and Convenient

We had a very good stay at this apartment. Brandon was helpful and informative, giving us a brief tour when we arrived and sharing a few useful tips about the unit and building. He also checked in after we settled in and was very responsive whenever we had a question. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to restaurants, bars, and arts venues. Parking across the street was convenient, and the temporary parking space near the elevator made unloading groceries and luggage especially easy. The apartment was well appointed, with good-quality furniture, kitchen utensils, cookware, sheets, and towels. It was nice to be surrounded by thoughtfully chosen items throughout the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location, comfortable apartment, and Brandon’s attentive hosting.

Best place to stay in Winston

I stayed in this amazing apartment for 6 months and loved every minute of it! Brandon is such a sweet host and was easy to contact through text whenever I needed assistance with the listing. The kitchen and bathroom are truly stunning and have everything you need! Less than a block from downtown and parking is right across the street for you. Big enough to host people and not too loud even being so close to downtown. I would love to stay in this place again, if I ever end up in Winston Salem :)

Amazing Downtown Condo

This was a perfect apartment for the summer! My fianc worked from home and the apartment had a great office space for that! L and B had the apartment stocked with everything you could need. They were very responsive to any concerns or needs we had. We were able to park both of our cars in the lot across the street. This apartment is right in downtown Winston Salem. There are many bars and restaurants right around the corner. We occasionally heard music from the bar on Friday and Saturday nights but the air conditioning drowned out most of the noise and we never had any issues with it. We would definitely stay here again!
