Amazing place!

This place is incredible! It's on a gorgeous canyon with ocean views and incredible sunsets. Helen is very kind and accommodating and helpful with anything I needed. It was very comfortable and stocked with everything you'll need, highly recommend! A great experience all around.

Helen made me feel so at home when I was brand new to SD! Shes a very caring, considerate, and kind person who has a beautiful place to offer. The backyard has the most amazing view to watch the sunsets, and her studio has everything youll need! Anyone would be lucky to live here. I will miss her and this place dearly

Great 10 Week stay

This was a great place to stay for my 10 week summer internship. Helen was very helpful with anything that I needed during my time there. Its a great location with a right amount of space inside. Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful

This was a wonderful place! Extremely clean, great location and fully furnished with new items. Helen was amazing with communications and to work with. Very responsive and kind. Absolutely recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful Host!!!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. H is the most wonderful person. I hurt my knee and back while I was at work and she offered to make me some dinner and helped me pack up my car. She is just the kindest woman around and I loved staying here. The view from the backyard is also spectacular and so amazing at sunset!

I had a wonderful stay here! The view was stunning, and Helen, the landlord, was amazingso nice and accommodating. The location was perfect, and the place itself was modern, very clean, and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great Place With a Great Host

I stayed here during a summer internship. I was unfamiliar with the area and Helen made it feel like home. She took the time upon my arrival to drive me around the area and show me where everything was so I was ready for my first day of work. Throughout my stay, H was always available for whatever I needed and was a great resource. The studio is in a great part of SD away from the noise but just a short drive away from it all. Overall, a great place to stay in a great part of town with an amazing host.

Best place to stay!

I highly recommend staying here. This studio is clean, updated, safe, and beautiful. H is a great and accommodating host. I've never lived in a place with such a beautiful bathroom and shower. Parking was included which is a huge plus! I was honestly sad to leave this place and the amazing sunset backyard views. I felt very lucky to have stayed here and I am grateful for the experience!

Great stay for medical professionals

Clean, safe, beautiful 1 bed/1 bath. Host was very communicative and helpful. 15 min drive to Jacobs, Hillcrest, and Rady hospitals.

Highly recommend!

Staying here was an absolute delight from day one. I always feel anxious and uncomfortable in rentals, yet I immediately felt at home in this unit. It is obvious how much H cares about the unit and tenant. The studio was not only beautiful (the backyard is AMAZING), but also well-equipped to fit all of my basic needs and more. In addition, H's place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I never had noise issues, even as someone who has to sleep during the day. H is a friendly host who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay, and I would highly recommend renting from her!

Amazing Studio!

This was my first Furnished Finder experience. I am so glad this was my first short term rental in San Diego. H was such a great host from start to finish. She is always accommodating and understanding of tenants needs. She is always friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I stayed at her place needing accommodations for a work assignment and as a traveling healthcare worker, having a place to come home to after a long day and feeling safe and comfortable is very important. This place made that possible. The apartment was super clean and had a great appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, desk for computer work, and a washer dryer. She even let me use her driveway to park my car which I thought was super nice. If I ever get another work assignment in the San Diego area I will definitely rent from H again. Would highly recommend!! !
